3. Approval of Minutes
- The minutes of Thursday, May 13, 2010 were approved by Amabile Dal Monte, seconded by Frank Mauro.
4. Correspondence
District of Kitimat
- A letter from the District was received regarding an Application to Renew Temporary Commercial Use Permit for 1700 Nalabila Boulevard. The District is welcoming comments on the application. Comments need to be received by June 3, 2010.
Diocesan Annual Appeal
- The Diocesan Appeal Committee has informed the parish that the goal for the parish for the coming year is $51,234 (2009- $53,661). The parish has until June 15, 2010 to protest the amount. Parish Council will not protest the amount.

- No reports or committees to evaluate.
6. Project(s)/Standing Committees
Maintenance Committee
- ZanRon will begin the installation of drainlines/downpipes eminently.
Finance
- No finance report this month.
New Rectory
- The tentative date for the open house is Sunday, July 4 from 1 to 3 pm.
Hall Committee
- Things seem to be going well. No outstanding issues.
Youth Room Update
- No additional information to report.
7. Business Arising from Minutes/from the Floor
Church Etiquette
- Parish Council members reviewed the revised church etiquette information. There were no additional changes. The information will be published in the fall bulletins and on the parish website.
