ALL SAINTS DAY ~ NOVEMBER 1: The feast honours all the saints of the Church, known and unknown. The occasion provides us with an opportunity to reflect on the nature of sainthood and to celebrate the exemplary faithfulness of holy men and women of every place and time, whose lives and deeds continue to inspire us. All Saints Day Mass will be celebrated at 7 pm.

ALL SOULS DAY ~ NOVEMBER 2: Mass will be celebrated as follows: Wednesday morning at 9 am, at 4 pm at the Multi-Level Care facility, and at 7 pm in the church. Prayers at the cemetery, rain or shine, followed by graveside blessings will take place on Sunday, November 6 at 2 pm. The mass intentions for the masses will be offered for all the faithful departed. Offering a mass intention, reflects the deep and unbroken Catholic conviction that the Eucharistic sacrifice has pre-eminence among the prayers, good works, alms and acts of religion which believers are encouraged to offer on behalf of the dead. “Happy are those who have died in the Lord. Let them rest from their labours for their good deeds go with them.” Rev. 14:13

WANT TO INCREASE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION? Faith sharing sessions will be offered, these will take place on: Thursday, November 3, Thursday, November 24 and Tuesday, November 29 from 7:30 to 9:00 pm in the church hall. These sessions are open to anyone in the parish, especially those with children preparing for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
